Guillaume d’Azémar de Fabrègues, Président du groupe

Since 2009, Guillaume d'AZEMAR de FABREGUES is the largest shareholder and President of Imagination. He defines and ensures execution of business strategy, and is responsible for acquisitions. He is also Chairman of the subsidiaries SGT and Vivesta. After graduating from the Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures (Centrale Paris) in 1985, he joined the group Serete, where he held management positions in various subsidiaries. He then managed, recovered and developed various companies (Ares, Astria, Waid, WebGalaxis,EMULSIA) in different sectors. He is also a pilot and likes contemporary art

Eric Hennetier, Directeur technique du groupe

As the Chief Technology Officer, Eric Hennetier is responsible for the Professional services organization, the R&D teams and the technical support of SGT. He started his career in 1987 as project manager, and then AV project director at IMPULSION, a French IT consulting firm. In 1996, he joined the TV network M6 METROPOLE TELEVISION as the director for IT studies and development. In 2004, Eric Hennetier took also over the responsibility as the Deputy IT Director of the Group. Eric Hennetier is a graduate from the Normandy Center for IT Research CENORI (Centre Normand de Recherche en Informatique) in Le Havre.

Hélène Ly, Responsable communication

Helene Ly joined SGT in 2007. She started as Project Manager and then joined the development team in 2010. In 2011, she became the group Communications Manager and is in charge of the press relations, the events and every communication support and action. Before that, she was project manager at Sephira Group, one of the major software editors in the field of medical and teletransmission. Her technical knowledge of the products and the broadcast industry helps her making an efficient communication for the group.
